Zuma launched their new lifestyle concept in Mykonos. Zuma Mykonos is a creative, multi-purpose destination featuring a restaurant, lounge and bar, large infinity pool, day beds and resident DJs. Into were appointed by Azumi to work alongside interior and architectural designers Studio Glitt, to realise their combined vision for the lighting design for this unique destination.
The lighting concept is based around the careful integration of light and light sources to highlight finishes, textures and the landscape throughout, and around the venue. The lighting creates a feeling of excitement and drama as you approach Zuma and takes you on a theatrical journey as you navigate and enjoy the different areas.
Lighting is low level, low glare and very warm in colour temperature to ensure guests have a relaxed and intimate experience. Careful consideration has been given to ensure lighting and light fixtures do not obscure the amazing sunset views across the Aegan seascape.
