Z5M4 - High Power LED - Seoul Semiconductor

The New Z5M4 High Power LED integrated the latest generation of LED Chips called WICOP developed and patented by Seoul Semiconductor. The new Wicop chip offers the world top lm/w efficacy with more than 185 lm/w at 700mA and Tj 85 degrees Celsius. It’s an LED that doesn’t contain bonding wires and that means that it’s failure rate is extra-low as it will resist the temperature changes from hot to cold.
