ROKA’s world-renowned Japanese Robatayaki is located on the 8th-floor rooftop of the iconic Pearl House in the heart of Bahrain Harbour, Manama. This venue has breath-taking sunsets and views across the Manama Sea Front and the Arabian Gulf. Roka Bahrain boasts of an expansive outdoor terrace area offering unmatched ocean views with stunning cityscapes and a captivating sunset setting.

The lighting concept is focused on high theatre and hgih drama incorporating a number of lighting techniques to highlight different zones, functions and material finishes. Techniques such as grazing / uplighting/ backlighting / pin spotting and slash lighting create the layered lighting ambience. The robata cooking zone takes centre stage and is lit with high colour rendering light sources to make this area ‘pop’, the lighting to the dining tables are again hi CRI to render the food at its best. Low glare light sources are specified throughout with some key /wow/lighting features throughout the space.
