At Lucent Lighting, innovation is at the heart of everything we do. With the launch of the Quantum range, we have pushed the boundaries of performance, efficiency, and sustainability in architectural lighting.
Designed with circular economy principles in mind, Quantum delivers outstanding efficiency and reduced environmental impact while maintaining superior quality.
As a founding member of Lighting For Good – established by LVMH Lighting and Temeloy in 2018 to promote eco-design and innovation, the origins of Quantum LED began that same year, with downlight and spotlight solutions recognised in the 2019 Lighting for Good Awards.
This development became the basis for Lucent’s TubeLED Mini High Efficacy spotlight and LED50 ONE HE LED module that has been on the market for the past 2 years. Quantum is the evolution of these foundations and a leap into the future – providing up to 35% increase in efficiencies.
Through our collaborative approach with high-end retail partners and the lighting design community we have created a light source solution that doesn’t just comply with stringent efficiency standards, it moves far beyond them – providing the designer with uncompromised creativity.
The initial launch is comprised of 35mm and 50mm LED modules and the TubeLED Mini spotlight – available as monopoint, LV or mains track mounted.
• LED50 One Quantum HE
• LED35 Quantum
• TubeLED Mini Quantum
2 Light output settings per unit:
• HE (High Efficacy) – will deliver the most efficient solution
• HO (High Output) – best lumen output.
Cutting Edge Efficiencies.
Module Data – including system power of driver.
• LED35 Quantum
HE = 675lm, 6W, 112+ lm/W
HO = 1056lm, 10.5W, 100+lm/W
• LED50 One Quantum – module Data
HE = 1187lm, 8W, 148+ lm/W
HO = 1899lm, 14W, 135+lm/W
Downlight + Spotlight Data:
• LED50 ONE Quantum HE In MiniTRIM Downlight –
1106lm, 8W
Lumens per circuit watt delivered 138lm @ 24° beam
• TubeLED Mini Quantum HE – data including driver
2000lm+, 14W – Lumens per circuit watt delivered 143lm @ 24° beam
• TubeLED Mini Quantum HO – – data including driver
2860+lm, 25.5W – Lumens per circuit watt delivered 112lm @ 21° beam
The Quantum range has exceptional efficacy, which surpasses current Part L regulation compliance.
In an age and marketplace where energy efficiency is paramount, Quantum significantly reduces energy consumption without compromising light output. The LED51/Q-HE Module, for example, reduces lifetime running costs by more than 40%.
Quantum doesn’t compromise on light quality, the CRI is above 95 ensuring exceptional colour fidelity, while its high R9 values (70+) allow for true-to-life rendering, making it ideal for environments where accurate colour representation is essential.
The Quantum Modules are sustainably produced using recycled materials, reinforcing our dedication to responsible manufacturing.
By developing products that skilfully balance functional and aesthetic requirements with a strong commitment to energy efficiency, the game-changing outputs allow designers to utilise smaller fittings across a variety of projects and applications.
The Quantum range demonstrates our unwavering commitment to quality, innovation, and environmental responsibility, by seamlessly integrating cutting-edge technology with a design ethos that prioritises longevity and efficiency.
