The i-6 features an industry first RGBW LED narrow beam for powerful and precise long-throw performance. With native 2.3º and optional 3.2º x 3.4º beam angles, it delivers an incredible amount of light and powerful colors exactly where needed, distributing far illumination while avoiding light spill.

24 individually lensed LEDs deliver extremely high lux levels – 14,176 lux at 10 metres and 886 lux at 40 metres. Weighing in at 15kg, the i-6 boasts one of the highest light output to size ratios on the market making it easier to ship, install and conceal within a structure.

The i-6 is proudly designed, developed, tested and manufactured in SGM’s state of the art, environmentally friendly headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark.

In house testing includes salinity, heat, vibration, impact, freezing and ingress – to the point of failure. All fixtures have a fixed burn in period prior to shipping as part of a rigorous quality assurance scheme embedded in our manufacturing process.

The i-6 is manufactured from marine grade aluminium with Oxsilan pre-treated C5 corrosion resistant finshand is designed to withstand coastal, desert, maritime and structural installation sites with a warranty of 5 years.

DryTechTM

SGM’s integrated patented Dehumidification process eliminates humidity and breaks down corrosive molecules from polluted air to avoid destructive corrosion.
Inbuilt dehumidifiers constantly remove trapped moisture from inside of the lighting fixture in a solid estate electrolytic process with no moving parts.

The patented SGM dehumidification, not only removes humidity, but also prevents oxidation and condensation, while a gore-tex membrane equalizes internal pressure to prevent leaks

ThermalDriveTM

ThermalDrive technology techonology provides advanced temperature control monitored via sensors and software, keeping optimal LED junction temperatures, and ensuring maximum reliability for long-term use.

The ThermalDriveTM system includes industry leading heat removal via passive thermal techniques combined with active forced-air cooling, specifically designed to maintain LED efficiency while extending the fixture’s lifetime

The technology consists of a uniquely designed body and heat sink, which ensures maximum conductive cooling of the LED chips. The special aluminium alloy and surface treatment ensures maximum heat dispersion while the sealed-bearing fan coolers ensures optimal performance at any time and under any conditions

Incredible color quality: TruColorTM

SGM uses Full Range Calibration in all LED fixtures over the CIE color space and black body curve, measured via spectrometer and SGM Illumination Lab software.

Color temperature control from 2,000K to 10,000K in white and exacting color control via SGM’s Color Match procedure. Ensuring accurate wavelength reproduction within the product range via colored LEDs, dichroic filters, or CMY mixing (depending on the product); all of them specified to match the SGM color palette.

With in built wireless DMX and full RDM, the i-6 has 6 different DMX modes to allow the user precision control over how the fixture is to be operated. With high resolution dimming and color controls at your fingertips, the powerful beam is versatile and blends beautifully with other fixtures from the SGM range.
