The dezzi downlight family is the newest LED downlight design from display and architectural lighting manufacturer alphaLED. The dezzi is a high-performance LED downlight, available with a large range of outputs, beam angles, colour rendering and accessory options, to meet a variety of applications.

The dezzi downlight family has 14 individual configurations available, based around Fixed, Adjustable, Wallwash and Pin Hole light engines. For these four different configuration options, the luminaires are available in Round, Square, Wet, and Trimless design options. This wide range of design options allows for an adaptable and customisable downlight to suit any application and design, and to meet a huge variety of lighting needs.

The dezzi downlight family can be configured to suit any lighting design needs, with a choice of 17 optical distributions ranging from 10° to 80° and including both wallwashing and oval flood offerings. Options include light output from 500lm to 3000lm and colour temperature options from 2200K to 5600K, including dim to warm and tuneable white. The product features unique 40-degree tilt adjustment with precision aim and locking, optimum glare control of UGR <19, and IP65 options are also available. Offered in black and white as standard. alphaLED’s paint service also offers custom colours and bespoke finishes on request.

Products are designed to last long beyond the industry norms, and each XTM based product has a 10-year warranty with Xicato inside, and a 20-year duty of care on all fittings, for parts and repair of fixtures, provided by alphaLED.
The entire dezzi range has been designed around a replaceable modular concept to support use in the circular economy. This allows for the easy repair or replacement of components. This philosophy is being backed up with the new renew program. This renew program ensures that once alphaLED fixtures have reached their end of life they can be renewed with a brand-new light engine and/or control gear.

alphaLED believes in a culture of responsibility towards clients and towards the environment, priding themselves on delivering quality products without compromising on sustainability promises.

The dezzi takes its name from Desmond Heald, one of the original founders of the company, to pay testament to his work and support and to bring his name back into the everyday language at work for this family business.
