Although we specified Ultimo Neon 16 from our Flexi Neon family for outdoor, in-ground installation, we quickly recognised the need for a bespoke cover and profile that could meet both the client’s aesthetic vision and the demands of a robust, walkable outdoor installation. This led us to engineer a custom solution that addressed the immediate challenge but also helped us in realising a critical gap in the market for a truly flexible, comprehensive in-ground lighting system that could be specified with ease.
Inspired by this realisation, we developed Delta In-Ground, a groundbreaking product that redefines flexibility and durability in lighting design. Unlike traditional solutions, Delta In-Ground is uniquely 3D bendable, seamlessly adapting to complex architectural requirements. With an IK10 rating, it withstands up to 3.5 tonnes of pressure, delivering unmatched durability alongside aesthetic sophistication. Available in single-colour white, dynamic white, RGBW, and Pixel versions, the range offers unparalleled versatility for diverse design needs.

In alignment with our commitment to stewardship and sustainability, Delta In-Ground is TM66-assessed and exemplifies circularity by adhering to principles of long-term environmental responsibility and resource efficiency. Its innovative two-part system—comprising a durable stainless steel profile with diffused LED and a silicone cover—minimises waste through its modular design. In the event of damage, individual components can be replaced, extending product life and significantly reducing waste. This approach enhances both reusability and recyclability, contributing meaningfully to the circular economy.
Delta In-Ground also prioritises energy efficiency with its integrated overheat protection system, which reduces energy consumption while maintaining optimal performance, even in demanding environments. Additionally, we have localised production processes to minimise our carbon footprint. For UK and European projects, the product is assembled at our Winchester facility, while our Dubai facility manages assembly for MENA and Asia Pacific regions. This strategy reduces transportation emissions, improves responsiveness to local markets, and supports sustainability goals.
