Laurence is a director and founder of Visual Energy, an architectural lighting design company with more than 20 years of continuous international work. He has over 30 years’ experience in the lighting industry and has worked on a wide range of projects from some of the biggest hotels and architecture to the smallest art installations and musical projects. This has involved working with talented people from all areas of the industry and beyond.

These days he focuses the company and the team on sustainable lighting for all his projects, placing the user experience as the highest priority, where less really can be more.
