KIISS-L is the first product series from KKDC focusing on the complete product lifetime longevity using a future-proofed LED light module system that allows simple removability and replacement of the light source. This ensures many years after an installation, KIISS-L profile can be upgraded with our latest LED technology to avoid unnecessary waste of fully functioning products. Coupled with the KKDC ‘RE.VO’ return & renew process to encourage the return of old LED modules for refurbishment and recycling, KIISS-L provides an ethical, low carbon lighting solution.

As a modular lighting system with removable and recyclable LED boards, KIISS-L can be used to create continuous linear runs up to 10m off a single feed. The LED boards ‘E020’ and ‘EP30’ include a 10-year warranty and are screw-fixed within the 24V powered profile to allow simple upgradability of the light source long into the future – Old modules are then returned to KKDC to be repurposed in accordance with the KKDC ‘RE.VO’ refurbishment scheme.

KIISS-L can be purchased as fully assembled fixture lengths or can be configured and assembled to your own system specification with the components available to order separately.

KIISS-L Details and Features:

  • Aluminium profile housing with internal 24V DC power fed copper conductors with no polarity.
  • Removable PCB boards with sprung contact pins.
  • WAGO in-line connector for quick, tool-less installation and removal.
  • Seamless in-line connection for continuous long light runs.
  • 7-10m continuous light run off a single 24V DC power feed (Note: Total power consumption must not exceed 210W).
  • KIISS-L E020 with removable diffused cover.
  • Quick-swap screw fixed PCB modules for easy maintenance and future LED upgrades.
  • KIISS-L EP30 lensed Power module LED array with anti-glare louvres.
  • 10-year warranty available on RE.VO LED modules.

KIISS-L has 2 types of LED modules available and below is a breakdown detailing the key differences between the two:

E020 Module (Diffused / Ambient):

  • Best for: General ambient lighting requiring a smooth, dot-free appearance.
  • Effect: Full homogenous diffused light effect with clear or diffused cover options.
  • Output: 1060lm/m at 20W/m.
  • Max Run: Up to 10m on a single feed.
  • CCT Range: Extensive range including very warm tones (1900K, 2100K, 2300K, 2500K, 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, 5000K).

EP30 Module (Focused / High Power):

  • Best for: Applications requiring higher output and controlled glare.
  • Effect: Powerful lensed lighting effect equipped with deep black louvres for anti-glare properties.
  • Output: Higher brightness at 1980lm/m at 30W/m.
  • Max Run: Up to 7m on a single feed.
  • CCT Range: Standard commercial range (2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, 5000K).

The modular KIISS-L system allows the LED modules (E020 & EP30) to be simply unscrewed and returned to KKDC for recycling and/or upgrade replacement via the KKDC ‘RE.VO’ refurbishment scheme which is made possible due to the wide global network of collaborating KKDC operations. You can simply return and renew your ‘RE.VO’ product at your local KKDC branch, ensuring access to the latest KKDC LED lighting technology upgrades for many years into the future with minimal environmental impact.
